FAQ

1) Q: I am not on a gluten-free diet, but I hear your products are delicious. Are they for someone like me? A: We had the gluten free population in mind when we started the business, but everyone does love our products. More than half of our clients still consume a regular diet, and our products are the only gluten free products they consume.

2) Q: What sets your gluten free blondies and cakes apart from other gluten free cakes? A: Our gluten free cakes are made with gluten free, organic, sprouted oats as the main (#1) ingredient. Most gluten free cakes have a mixed grain gluten free flour as their main ingredient. We place a great emphasis on the rich fiber content of our products, all while making them unbelievably delicious so you can't tell that they are not regular cakes.

3) Q: How do you achieve the low sweetness in your products? A: Our blondies and cakes are mainly sweetened naturally from the carefully selected fruits and nuts and some added organic brown sugar. We do not use corn fructose, high corn fructose syrup or artificial sweeteners like erythrol, stevia and monkfruit. However, our shortbread cookies are sweetened minimally with a Splenda-brown sugar blend.

4) Q: Do your products contain any allergens? A: Yes, Our blondies and cakes contain tree nuts, eggs and butter. Customized options, including a vegan option, are available for large orders and large cakes. Our GF Oats Shortbread Cookies contain grass-fed butter.

5) Q: How can we place custom options? A: Please contact us if you want customized options including but not limited to: vegan, nut-free, veggie-rich (zucchini and carrots), alcohol-free and large cake decorations. We always strive to respond within 24 hours.

6) Q: How long does it take to receive my order? A: Orders are shipped out within 7 days of payment. You can select your preferred shipping speed option when checking out. Shipping details are sent to customer and customer is responsible for tracking shipments and delivery.

7) Q: Can I pick up my order from your bakery? A: We are a virtual (online) bakery, so we do not operate a storefront. However, for large or special orders, we can accommodate a pick-up request at the bakery by appointment only.

8) Q: Is there a return option? A: All sales are final. (And we are almost certain you will want to buy more, not return any!)
